إدارة أعمال التركيب والفك والنقل خلال فترة المعرض.
ضمان جاهزية الجناح وتشغيله وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.
التنسيق الكامل مع إدارة المعرض والجهات ذات العلاقة.

Contractor Required for the Following Project

Design and Build of the Authority’s Pavilion at Abu Dhabi International Book Fair.

Scope of Work:

Develop the creative concept and visual identity for the exhibition pavilion.
Design, build, and fit out the exhibition stand according to client requirements.
Provide all decorative works, finishes, and branding elements.
Supply and install screens, digital displays, and interactive media solutions as required.
Produce and install signage, printed materials, and promotional graphics.
Manage transportation, installation, dismantling, and site logistics.
Ensure full operational readiness of the pavilion throughout the event.
Coordinate with exhibition organizers and relevant stakeholders.
