Establishment, operation, and enhancement of a Security Operations Center (SOC) to strengthen cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response capabilities.

Scope of Work:

Design, implement, and operate a Security Operations Center (SOC).
Provide 24/7 monitoring of networks, systems, and security events.
Deploy and manage SIEM and security monitoring solutions.
Detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
Manage security alerts and optimize threat detection processes.
Deliver security dashboards, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
Implement cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
Support regulatory compliance and security governance requirements.
