مطلوب مقاول للمشروع التالي:
مشروع صيانة مستودعات الهيئة في منطقة مصفح – أبوظبي، بهدف الحفاظ على جاهزية المستودعات وسلامة مرافقها وضمان استمرارية التشغيل بكفاءة.
نطاق العمل:
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمستودعات.
صيانة العناصر الإنشائية والمعمارية عند الحاجة.
إصلاح وصيانة الأبواب، الأرضيات، الأسقف، والجدران.
صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والخدمات المساندة داخل المستودعات.
معالجة الأعطال الطارئة وتنفيذ الإصلاحات المطلوبة.
إجراء الفحوصات الدورية وإعداد تقارير الصيانة.
الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والجودة أثناء تنفيذ الأعمال.
Contractor required for the following project:
Maintenance of the Authority’s Warehouses located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, to ensure operational efficiency, facility safety, and continuous functionality.
Scope of Work:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse facilities.
Maintain structural and architectural components as required.
Repair and maintain doors, flooring, roofing, and walls.
Service electrical, mechanical, and supporting building systems.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and carry out necessary repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and submit maintenance reports.
Comply with health, safety, and quality standards throughout project execution.
