نطاق العمل:
تنفيذ أعمال إعادة تأهيل وتحويل المحلات التجارية إلى وحدات سكنية صالحة للإشغال.
إجراء التعديلات المعمارية والإنشائية اللازمة وفق المخططات المعتمدة.
تنفيذ أعمال التقسيم الداخلي والتشطيبات الكاملة للوحدات السكنية.
تحديث وتطوير أنظمة الكهرباء والسباكة والتكييف والتهوية (MEP).
توريد وتركيب جميع المواد والمعدات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع.
الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة وكود البناء ومتطلبات الجهات التنظيمية.
إجراء الاختبارات النهائية والتأكد من جاهزية الوحدات السكنية للاستخدام.
تسليم المشروع وفق الجدول الزمني والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.

Scope of Work:
Execute the conversion of commercial retail units into residential accommodation in accordance with approved regulations and engineering standards.
Carry out architectural modifications and structural improvements as required.
Complete interior partitioning, renovation, and finishing works for residential use.
Upgrade electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems to meet residential requirements.
Supply and install all required construction materials, fixtures, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with building codes, municipal regulations, and safety standards.
Perform testing, inspection, and quality assurance before project completion.
