تنفيذ مبادرة “عهد ووعد” التابعة لوزارة العدل، بما يشمل التخطيط والتنظيم والإدارة التشغيلية للمبادرة، وتنفيذ جميع الأنشطة والفعاليات المصاحبة بما يحقق أهداف الوزارة ويضمن تجربة متميزة للمشاركين.
نطاق العمل:
إعداد الخطة التنفيذية للمبادرة وإدارة جميع مراحل التنفيذ.
تنظيم وإدارة الفعاليات والأنشطة المصاحبة للمبادرة.
توفير الكوادر التشغيلية والإشراف الميداني.
تجهيز الموقع والهوية البصرية والمواد الإعلامية للمبادرة.
التنسيق مع جميع الجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان نجاح التنفيذ.
إدارة التسجيل، استقبال المشاركين، وتنظيم سير الفعاليات.
إعداد التقارير الختامية وقياس مؤشرات الأداء ورضا المشاركين.
Contractor required for the following project:
Implementation of the Ministry of Justice’s “Ahd & Waad” Initiative, including planning, event management, operational execution, and coordination of all related activities to ensure successful delivery.
Scope of Work:
Develop and execute the implementation plan for the initiative.
Organize and manage all events and supporting activities.
Provide operational staff and onsite project management.
Prepare the venue, branding materials, and visual identity elements.
Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project.
Manage participant registration, reception, and event operations.
Deliver final reports, performance evaluations, and participant satisfaction assessments.
