Contractor required for the following project:
Maintenance and technical support services for the Innovation 2071 Platform to ensure system availability, optimal performance, security, and continuous operation.
Scope of Work:
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for the Innovation 2071 Platform.
Resolve technical issues and ensure uninterrupted platform operation.
Perform system upgrades, performance optimization, and security updates.
Maintain databases and integrations with connected systems and services.
Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Deliver technical support and respond to maintenance requests in accordance with agreed SLAs.
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and data security processes.
Submit periodic technical reports and service performance metrics.
