مطلوب مقاول للمشروع التالي:
مشروع إنشاء واستكمال وصيانة مبنيين في مصلى العيد بإمارة الفجيرة، وفق المواصفات الفنية ومتطلبات الجهة المالكة، مع تنفيذ جميع الأعمال المدنية والمعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية اللازمة.
نطاق العمل:
تنفيذ أعمال إنشاء واستكمال مبنيين داخل موقع مصلى العيد.
تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية وفق المخططات المعتمدة.
تركيب الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والصحية (MEP).
تنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية.
توريد وتركيب جميع المواد والمعدات المطلوبة للمشروع.
تنفيذ أعمال البنية التحتية والخدمات المرتبطة بالمباني عند الحاجة.
إجراء الاختبارات والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي.
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة خلال فترة الضمان وفق متطلبات العقد.
Contractor required for the following project:
Construction, completion, and maintenance of two buildings at the Eid Prayer Area in Fujairah, including all civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works in accordance with the project specifications.
Scope of Work:
Construct and complete two buildings within the Eid Prayer Area.
Execute all civil and architectural works according to the approved drawings.
Supply and install mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Carry out internal and external finishing works.
Supply all required construction materials and project equipment.
Execute any associated infrastructure and utility works as required.
Perform testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
Provide maintenance services during the warranty period in accordance with the contract requirements.
