نطاق العمل:

إعادة ترميز جميع الأصول وفق نظام تصنيف معتمد.
مراجعة وتحديث بيانات الأصول الحالية.
تصميم وإعداد أرقام تعريفية وملصقات (Barcode / QR Code) للأصول عند الحاجة.
مطابقة الأصول الفعلية مع سجلات الأصول.
تحديث قاعدة بيانات إدارة الأصول.
إعداد تقارير نهائية بنتائج إعادة الترميز وأي فروقات تم اكتشافها.
ضمان توافق عملية الترميز مع سياسات وإجراءات إدارة الأصول.

Contractor required for the following project:
Asset Recoding and Asset Identification Project to improve asset management, tracking, and inventory accuracy.

Scope of Work:

Recode all organizational assets using an approved asset classification system.
Review and update existing asset records.
Design and apply asset identification labels (Barcode and/or QR Code) where required.
Verify physical assets against the asset register.
Update the asset management database with accurate information.
Prepare final reports highlighting completed recoding activities and identified discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with the organization’s asset management policies and procedures.
