Contractor Required for the Following Project
Rental and setup of an exhibition platform for participation in Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2026.
Scope of Work:
Provide a suitable exhibition platform for the event.
Design and fit out the stand in line with the client’s branding requirements.
Handle installation, operation, and dismantling services.
Supply furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements.
Provide screens, digital displays, and interactive media solutions if required.
Produce and install signage, graphics, and promotional materials.
Deliver on-site technical and logistical support throughout the exhibition period.
Ensure compliance with exhibition regulations and organizer requirements.
