تنفيذ أعمال إنشاء واستكمال وصيانة مبنيين في منطقة مصلى العيد بإمارة الفجيرة، وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والاشتراطات الهندسية.

نطاق العمل:
تنفيذ أعمال إنشاء المبنيين وفق المخططات والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.
استكمال جميع الأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية والتشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية.
تنفيذ أعمال الكهرباء والميكانيكا والسباكة (MEP) والأنظمة المساندة.
توريد وتركيب جميع المواد والمعدات اللازمة للمشروع.
تنفيذ أعمال البنية التحتية والخدمات المرتبطة بالمبنيين عند الحاجة.
إجراء أعمال الصيانة اللازمة خلال فترة المشروع أو فترة الضمان وفق متطلبات العقد.
الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة واللوائح الهندسية المعتمدة.
إجراء الاختبارات النهائية وتسليم المشروع جاهزًا للتشغيل والاستخدام.

Contractor Required for the Following Project:

Construction, Completion, and Maintenance of Two Buildings in the Eid Prayer Area, Fujairah.

Scope of Work:
Execute the construction of two buildings in accordance with the approved engineering drawings and specifications.
Complete all structural, architectural, and interior/exterior finishing works.
Carry out electrical, mechanical, plumbing (MEP), and associated building services installations.
Supply and install all required construction materials and equipment.
Perform any related infrastructure and site development works as required.
Provide maintenance services during the project execution and warranty period in accordance with contract requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering codes.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and final handover of the completed facilities ready for operation
